One of our friendly staff members will reply to you with in 24 to 48 hours to let you know if we can be of help or not.
If we are able to be of help to you, we will require you to sign an Exclusive Agreement that gives our company the Exclusive rights to find a buyer for your note. We generally require the agreement for 15 days. This agreement will apply to any and all deals except for REO's.
We also require our NCND agreement to be signed, before we submit your information to anyone. This is non-negotiable.
