The Millennium Capital Group, LLC. sales/trades Luxury items of all kinds for its clients, whether they be cars, yachts, jets, homes, businesses, etc.
How we work is very simple. You fill out one of our submission forms depending on whether you are wanting to sell or buy a luxury item. Once we receive it, we will email you our non-exlcusive listing/fee agreement. This agreement must be in place before we attempt to sell your luxury item or even attempt to find the luxury item you are wanting to buy.
By signing our agreement you give us 15 days to find the item you are wanting to buy or 15 days to sell the item you are wanting to get rid of.
For any item that we sell for you we charge 10% of the final sales price as our fee for selling the item. If we trade the item for you and by trade we mean trading your item for another item of equal or lesser or higher value, then we charge a flat dollar fee bassed on what your item is worth.
